Terms and Conditions

Please do not proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions herein. These terms are set in place by WORLDWIDE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED and relate to over the internet sales only, should you make your purchase from WORLDWIDE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED by other means this is subject to different terms, should you agree to use this site to make your purchase your online receipt acts as your contract with ourselves as proof of agreement to the terms and conditions of use and that you have read and understood such terms and fully understand that they are legally binding and when made online are not subject to any change.

A. Product Specifications

Aa. The manufacturers of WORLDWIDE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED products and our design team work constantly on updating and improving our products and from time to time slight alterations may take place and we reserve the right to do this without prior notification being made to existing and future sales.

B: Measurements

Ba. Any measurements on this site are approximate and may be subject to minor change, please check before making any purchase.

C: Prices

Ca. Any on screen prices do include VAT at the current rate and are only subject to change for any offers and discounts that we wish to apply.

Cb. Our free delivery service will on take place Monday to Friday only to the address that you provide at the time of purchase and only within the UK mainland, delivery outside of this is by pre paid arrangement only with ourselves. Smaller items are sent via a bulk carrier and delivery contact will not be made, should a delivery attempt fail using this methed the courier will leave a card to rearrange this.

Cc. Should we display a price incorrectly a refund will be given as we are not bound to honour any pricing errors.

D: Payment

Da. When an order is placed payment must be made in full either by credit or debit charge card. The price paid for an item at the time of order is final and not subject to change should future offers effect a change. Payments made by debit and credit cards must have the correct billing information provided by the customer and that the credit or debit card is the purchasers own and that the total cost can be covered at the time of purchase. We may need to contact your credit or debit card company to verify any details provided by you and we reserve the right to do this.

Db. Full payment is always required and taken at the time you make your purchase.

Dc. A sale will be deemed as completed when we have agreed and gone through the following: A: We have valid card details and payment with security pass. B: Upon placing your online order you receive email confirmation of this as your receipt. C: That delivery has taken place to the address provided by you at the time of purchase.

Dd. We can at anytime be entitled to refuse a sale placed by the customer.

E. Delivery

Ea. Any online orders will only be delivered to permanent UK address only.

Eb. To the best of our ability your online order will be delivered within timescales specified at the time of purchase. Should this confirmation not be received please refer to the items advert at the time of purchase.

Ec. Items weighing less than and up to 30kgs will be delivered via our bulk carrier service or royal mail.

Ed. Large item deliveries will arrive palletised, this is for the protection of the item and ease of delivery and will be delivered via a pallet truck as near to your front door as possible, this is providing that access is not an issue should the driver deem access a problem then delivery will not take place, when booking in your delivery for the palletised service please make us aware of any issues you may have ie: steps or a gravel driveway, please also remember at the time of booking in that this is a one man delivery and you will require help to bring your item indoors as the driver is not required to do this, all deliveries unless otherwise agreed will take place Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm either via our bulk carrier service or our palletised service.

Ee. Should delivery fail for any reason seen as a customer error you will be liable for any redelivery fees charged by the courier in the event we see fit to cancel your order once dispatched due to delivery issues you will be refunded minus the outgoing and return charge, delivery is free but is subsidised and so will be chargeable should delivery fail as a customer fault. This is also applicable for change of mind and any non fault or customer damage reason.

Ef. Once items have left our warehouse all charges listed will be payable even if an attempted delivery has not taken place.

Eg. In the unfortunate event of damage occurring during the delivery process you will be offered repair, replacement or refund of the goods this will be our total liability. Please check your item upon delivery and sign your proof of delivery accordingly ie: unchecked, damaged and contact ourselves ASAP in order for us to deal with this in a quick and efficient manner.

Eh. All deliveries are not given time slots and may take place anytime through the day with this in mind we will not be responsible for any costs incurred through circumstances beyond our control when delivery does not take place on a pre booked day or any rearranged delivery days.

F. Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

Fa. You can cancel your order at any time up until dispatch to secure a full refund. It is your statutory right to return a product within seven working days of delivery this can be for any reason however here at WORLDWIDE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED we offer a 14 day return. In order for this to happen we must be notified either via email or letter or telephone within the time scale mentioned. A refund will be issued once we are in safe receipt of the item and will be made from ourselves. You also need to keep any items that you wish to return in a resalable condition this is to include all original packaging which must be in the same condition as on delivery. Should you wish to return an item due to change of mind or any other reason where the fault lies with the purchaser you will be responsible for returning the goods back to ourselves with out any damage, once back and damage free a full refund will be issued.

Fb. Should we have no communication from you within the specified time it shall be seen that any items delivered are as expected.

Fc. For your protection and ours photographs will be requested for any item being returned, this will show either any damage reported or proof of the fact that the goods are perfect thus preventing any charges being made due to any further damage upon return.

Fd. Should an item arrive damaged or we send an incorrect item or a fault seems evident this needs to be reported to ourselves, this must be done within 24 hours of you taking receipt of your goods. Should we be unable to offer a replacement of faulty or damaged items or the resending of a correct item we will offer to compensate against repair or ultimately refund you, a return agreed outside these terms will be at the expense of the customer.

Fe. All collections arranged by WORLDWIDE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED for damaged or faulty goods will only take place Monday – Friday.

Ff. In the event that you have tried to repair or alter an item a return will not be accepted.

G. Guarantees and Claims under Guarantee

Ga. Within point H and I set out at the bottom of the page further apply to your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described goods, your rights are not affected this guarantee.

Gb. Your guarantee is with WORLDWIDE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED of Unit 2, Price Street Business Park, Birkenhead, Merseyside. CH41 3PE

Gc. All our items come with a twelve (12) month parts warranty against a fault; this is in place from the day you take delivery.

Gd. Your guarantee only covers you for the above.

Ge. Any parts required under this guarantee will be sent out free of charge with instructions.

Gf. Should we wrongly deliver an item or deliver a faulty or damaged item we will not be liable above the cost of the goods for any direct or indirect damage or financial loss, your statutory rights are not affected by this.

H. Site Content and Disclaimers

Ha. Whilst we constantly update our website to ensure accuracy, prices and details within the content will change, this may on occasion lead to slight errors, this will be addressed as quickly as possible whist this is being carried out we will not be held responsible for any potential losses.

Hb. The Nail Nation web site is owned and solely managed by WORLDWIDE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED, registered with companies house, number 09817512 , we make sure to the best of our ability that the website is as virus or defective free as possible, if you choose to access this site or sites accessible through our site bathrooms and more store cannot be liable for any damage caused to your computer equipment or guarantee against this as it is seen as your responsibility to set in place the right protection and equipment to prevent this.
